Community Connection

Thanks for taking the time to learn about Citrix Online’s employee-run corporate philanthropy program, Community Connection. It is our commitment to making a positive difference in the communities in which we work.

Four broad areas have been identified by our employees as key targets for support: community social programs, educational initiatives, environmental efforts and the arts. Through our employees’ generous efforts, we have provided support in the form of corporate sponsorships, individual financial donations and many hours of personal time volunteered throughout the year.

Gifts in Kind Program

In addition to financial resources and volunteerism, Citrix Online is a member of Gifts in Kind International, enabling us to provide free and discounted use of our products to qualified non-profits. Learn more about Gifts in Kind International.

Employee Match Program

Our full-time employees may donate up to $1,000 per employee per year to qualified charities of their choice for a company match – thereby doubling their gift.

Volunteer Day

Full-time employees are encouraged to donate one day a year to a non-profit organization of their choice to provide help in a personal, tangible way.
