Thanks for taking the time to learn about Citrix Online's employee-run corporate philanthropy program, Community Connection. We believe a strong community makes a good company.

Our employees identified five target areas for support: social programs, educational initiatives, environmental efforts, arts/culture and wellness. Through our employees' generous efforts, we have provided support in the form of corporate sponsorships, individual financial donations and many hours of personal time volunteered throughout the year.

Gifts in Kind International Program

Employee Match Program

Our full-time employees may donate up to $1,000 per employee per year to qualified charities of their choice and receive a company match to double their gift.

Volunteer Day

Full-time employees are encouraged to donate one day a year to a nonprofit organization of their choice to provide help in a personal, tangible way.
