Brett Caine joined Citrix Online in 2003. As president, he has inspired the company to adopt a strong customer-centric focus that penetrates all aspects of the business. His vision is to consistently deliver simpler, better ways to help people connect and collaborate online using the company's expanding line of software-as-a-service solutions. His views are translating into remarkable value for small to midsize businesses: For the first time, smaller organizations can compete and win on a level playing field. Under Brett's leadership, Citrix Online has experienced record performance. The company's dedicated focus on delivering exceptional ease-of-use and affordability is driving strong performance. Under Caine's stewardship, Citrix Online grew revenues from $35 million in 2003 to approximately $308 million for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2009. Prior to joining Citrix Online, he held executive positions with several leading software companies, including Openwave Systems and Clarify, Inc. He earned a B.S. degree in marketing from New York University.

Bernardo de Albergaria Vice President and General Manager, Global Marketing and eCommerce

Bernardo de Albergaria leads Citrix Online's global marketing strategy and execution. He has been with the company since 1999 and was responsible for the development of the powerful eCommerce channel that established Citrix Online's leadership position in remote-access solutions. Bernardo pioneered many of today's best practices in online marketing, including customer acquisition and retention strategies. His team has streamlined the customer buying experience with an easy-to-try-and-buy-online business model. In addition to eCommerce, Bernardo oversees global product marketing, Web and customer marketing, corporate communications and creative services. Prior to joining Citrix Online, Bernardo successfully built and launched new brands, products and services for several high-tech and consumer startups, including Sprint, Infonet and Teletech. He earned his degree in International Studies from The American University.

Scott Allen Vice President, Finance and Operations

Scott Allen joined Citrix Online in January 2007 and leads the finance, administration and business-systems functions. He has undertaken the critical task of building a scalable business infrastructure to support the company's rapid growth, including international expansion. Prior to joining Citrix Online, Scott held senior executive-level positions spanning finance, operations, internal systems and administration, including 18 years with ADP, one of the leading providers of software and business services. Scott holds an MBA from Golden Gate University of San Francisco and has a bachelor's degree in business administration/accounting from San Jose State University.

Elizabeth Cholawsky Vice President, Products and Client Services

Elizabeth Cholawsky joined Citrix Online in 2007 as vice president for products and services and is tasked with elevating the Citrix Online customer experience to the highest level of excellence and satisfaction. She oversees product management and services for all Citrix Online customers, from small businesses to large enterprises. Prior to joining Citrix Online, Elizabeth held senior executive-level positions spanning product management, marketing, customer service and business analysis, contributing to the high growth of companies such as Commission Junction, ValueClick and Move, Inc. She holds a Ph.D. in political science and statistics from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. in government and statistics from Franklin and Marshall College.

Bernd Oliver Christiansen Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

Bernd Oliver Christiansen shapes and directs Citrix Online's technology vision and strategy and leads the company's research into new products and technologies. Bernd was a co-founder of Expertcity, Inc., the organization that became Citrix Online after its 2004 acquisition by Citrix Systems, and the first to deliver remote desktop access and remote support as a service. He has led the development of the proprietary screen-sharing technology that powers the award-winning GoToAssist®, GoToMyPC®, GoToMeeting® and GoToWebinar™ services. Bernd has been granted a patent on Citrix Online's core technology and has filed numerous other patent applications. Previously, he worked on industrial projects for Deutsche Aerospace, Daimler Benz Aerospace and GMD. He holds a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and has been awarded a prestigious fellowship from the German Academic Exchange Service.

Ben Lilienthal General Manager, Citrix Online Audio
Ben Lilienthal joined Citrix Online in 2008 and leads the company's Audio Services strategy and execution. Ben is a highly regarded Internet entrepreneur and innovator, with a wealth of experience spotting market needs and executing successful sales and distribution strategies around them. Ben founded high-definition audio conferencing company Vapps in 2003. He also founded Nascent Technologies, where he identified an early opportunity for Web-enabled email. Ben earned an MBA from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Amherst College.

Justin Madison Vice President, Engineering and Operations

Justin is responsible for all Citrix Online engineering functions, including: IT, operations, end point, communications, broker, user-experience design, project management and quality assurance. A seasoned technology executive with a successful 20-year track record of developing software products, Internet services and applications, Justin joined Citrix Online in early 2008. Previously, he served as vice president of engineering at Yahoo!, Inc., overseeing engineering/development, data center and Web operations. He was director of engineering at Broadcast.com, a pioneer in audio and video streaming, prior to its acquisition by Yahoo in 1999. Justin also had software-management and development positions in Texas-based technology companies PetCom and AMX. He holds a BSEE from SMU in Dallas and an Executive MBA from SMU's Cox School of Business.

Mike Mansbach Vice President and General Manager, Global Sales

Mike Mansbach oversees global sales and field marketing. Under his leadership, Citrix Online has rapidly expanded its ability to anticipate and address the needs of its business customers worldwide. Since he joined in 2004, the business has grown nearly 200%. He previously served as senior vice president of marketing for SeeBeyond, an integration software provider, where his responsibilities included global product and field marketing. Prior to this, he served as senior vice president of marketing and business development at SeeCommerce, acquired by Teradata, and had senior management positions with Acorn Technologies and QAD. Mike earned his M.A. in international business economics and European-area studies at the Johns Hopkins Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies and his B.A. at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Malte Muenke Vice President and Chief Architect

Malte Muenke co-founded and was one of the key technical leaders of Expertcity, Inc., the company that became Citrix Online after its 2004 acquisition by Citrix Systems. Malte drives the evolution of software system architecture and design of Citrix Online's products to meet customer, operational and software-engineering requirements. He was the lead engineer for the initial releases of the GoToMyPC® and GoToAssist® (formerly DesktopStreaming) products as well as the company's first Web-based marketplace for services built around remote-access technology. Malte was also one of the three original founders of Jedix Software Systems. He graduated with distinction from the University of Hamburg with a master's degree in computer science.

Mike Musson Vice President, Strategic Market Development

Mike Musson ensures the effective development, communication and execution of strategic business, product and marketing initiatives necessary to achieve the global revenue and profit objectives of Citrix Online. His many accomplishments at the company include leading the 2008 acquisition of Vapps (now called Audio Services Group) and managing its integration as a Citrix Online subsidiary. He has led the Innovation Team's evaluation of new market ideas and products, including GoView, and provides ongoing guidance on short- and long-term high-growth market opportunities. Mike joined Citrix Online in 2006 as director of new markets. Prior to this, he held executive-level positions at Oracle, Applied Materials, Software.com and Openwave. In addition, he served as a buy-side equity research analyst and consultant to Friess Associates/Brandywine Funds. He also co-founded Tournabout Inc., served as its CEO and negotiated its 2006 sale to Novint Technologies. Mike earned his bachelor's degree in economics and political science from Stanford University, his master's in humanities with a specialization in history and political science from Mt. St. Mary's College and has attended the Hass School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley, completing the treasury and cash management program.
