Citrix Online's GoToAssist Express Wins Prestigious Stevie® Award for "Best New Product"

Win Solidifies Citrix's Reputation for Product Innovation and Market Leadership in Remote Support

SANTA BARBARA, Calif.June 26, 2009 – Citrix Online, a division of Citrix Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTXS), won a Stevie Award for Best New Product in Software as a Service for GoToAssist® Express™ in the 2009 American Business Awards. Created to honor the achievements of American businesses, the Stevie's have become a coveted award, with thousands of entries judged by a distinguished panel of business leaders. Among the 'Best in Business," GoToAssist Express came out on top in its category for the functions, features and benefits that enable individual professionals and small businesses to instantly provide live online remote support to clients while significantly reducing the travel time and costs associated with traditional support methods.

"We are honored to be recognized for GoToAssist Express which we built to serve an unmet market need for an easy and cost-efficient way for individuals and small to medium-sized businesses to provide live remote support," stated Elizabeth Cholawsky, vice president of products and client services at Citrix Online. "In keeping with the Citrix Online tradition, our customers played a significant role in the product's development. The features we built from the ground up to meet their expressed needs for simplicity and cost efficiency are resonating with them. With GoToAssist Express we've extended our dominance in the remote support category, and this award is a terrific testament to our success."

Citrix Online created the category of clientless remote support in 2000 when it introduced the industry's first remote support solution. Citrix GoToAssist® Corporate™, which is purpose-built for larger teams, is now used by many of the most respected organizations in the world. With the introduction of GoToAssist Express in February, Citrix Online is the first and only company to offer a complete suite of Web-based remote support solutions to meet the needs of anyone, from individuals to large organizations.

GoToAssist Express easily accommodates the needs of IT consultants, 'power users' and computer gurus for providing remote support software to both PC and Mac users. Instead of trying to troubleshoot problems over the phone or traveling even for routine maintenance, customers can now easily view and control their client's computer remotely, saving time and money – and greatly increasing productivity. A flexible 'day pass' feature allows users to quickly provide live, unlimited remote support as needed during any 24-hour period.

The Stevie awards were presented at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City on Monday and hosted by Cheryl Casone of Fox Business Network. Over 2,600 entries were submitted and judged by more than 200 executives nationwide. The American Business Awards are the only national, all-encompassing awards program honoring great performances in business.
