Citrix Online, a division of Citrix Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTXS), today announced that later this fall the company will commercially release Citrix® GoToAssist® Express, an affordable, easy-to-use remote-support tool that reduces travel time and lowers support costs. The Web-based software, which is currently in public beta, has been built from the ground up to serve small companies and individual professionals. GoToAssist Express will be available for an all-inclusive flat fee as low as $55 per month, plus an innovative new option a 24-hour “day pass” for $9.95.

(NASDAQ: CTXS), is in the running to receive two Stevie American Business Awards in the categories of Best New Product for Citrix® GoToAssist® remote support and Most Innovative Company for its on-demand applications for remote access, support and collaboration. Known as "the business world's own Oscars," the Awards selected only a fraction of the 2,600 entries as finalists.

London is leading Britain in embracing flexible working in the workplace, with 84 percent of London-based businesses saying they have introduced flexible working options, compared to a national average of 74 percent, according to independent research commissioned by Citrix Online. Over half of London businesses – 54 percent – also stated the government's plan to extend flexible working to parents of older children is a good idea, compared to 52 percent nationally. The study surveyed middle managers and above from 538 businesses across England, Scotland and Wales, as well as 1,800 working parents.

Busy parents struggling to meet the needs of work and family are finding relief by working from a non-traditional office using Web-based services, Citrix GoToMyPC and Citrix GoToMeeting from Citrix Online, a division of Citrix Systems, Inc. A recent study conducted by the polling company, inc./WomanTrend revealed that Web Commuting parents who work remotely at least a few hours a week using Web-based technology were more likely than non-parents to see the appeal of these services.

A study entitled "Web Commuting & the American Workforce," commissioned by Citrix Online, a division of Citrix Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:CTXS), indicates that U.S. workers aged 24-35 prefer flexible working conditions 2:1 over other age groups. In fact, 70% of survey respondents agreed that working remotely would be a welcome opportunity. In an era where acquiring and retaining good employees is a challenge, and the workforce is becoming increasingly young and mobile, offering the ability to Web commute can serve as a competitive edge for recruiters.

Brooke, the UK's leading charity helping working horses, donkeys and mules in some of the world's poorest countries, is using Citrix® GoToAssist® to provide cost-effective IT support to some of the outmost regions of Asia, Africa and South America, as well as its head office in the UK.
