VAT stands for Value Added Tax and is a tax levied in the European Union on supplies of goods and services that take place within the EU.
 

The relevant UK domestic legislation requires us to collect on services to customers within the UK as well as those with an EU billing address outside the UK who do not provide us with a VAT registration number.

Citrix Online UK Limited's customers with a UK billing address will now be charged UK VAT at the rate of 20%. Citrix Online UK Limited's customers who have a billing address elsewhere in the European Union but do not enter an EU VAT registration number will now be charged UK VAT at the rate of 20%. UK VAT will not be charged to non-EU customers.

Your Account History will show VAT charged, as a line within the receipt. To view your Account History, log in and select My Account and Account History.
 
All customers in your locale are required to pay UK VAT. If you are registered for UK VAT and are acquiring the service for the purpose of your business, then you may reclaim the amount of VAT charged through your periodic VAT return. Service fees are not impacted by this change.
